Route that crosses the history of the waters of the Municipality of Caposele within the Park of Monti Picentini. You will discover the diversity of the flora and fauna of these mountains, up to 1400 meters above sea level. The Ring is characterized by the rich presence of water along the way, the 7 historical fountains, which guarantee refreshment and the possibility of not having to take with you, even on hot days, a large amount of water. The entire track, of medium difficulty, is 18 km with a positive drop of 980 meters and walkable in about 8 hours.
