The Sele Springs, with its 5000 liters of water per second, allow much of Puglia to have water throughout the year, contributing significantly to improving the quality of life.

In the locality of San Vito, which takes its name from the ancient church located on the rock, you can admire the most beautiful view of the whole Valley, with a view of the whole that leaves you breathless.
The site also allows you to play sport climbing, thanks to the rock wall equipped with 15 climbing routes that form the Caposele Climbing Area.
Ring of the 7 Fountains
Trekking to discover the mountains where the waters of the Sele are born.
Route that crosses the history of the waters of the Municipality of Caposele within the Park of Monti Picentini. You will discover the diversity of the flora and fauna of these mountains, up to 1400 meters above sea level. The Ring is characterized by the rich presence of water along the way, the 7 historical fountains, which guarantee refreshment and the possibility of not having to take with you, even on hot days, a large amount of water.
The entire track, of medium difficulty, is 18 km with a positive drop of 980 meters and walkable in about 8 hours.
